Cayman Islands Flights

Access via airplane into the Cayman Islands is very easy with over 50 flights each week flying into and out of the islands.  Whether you are traveling from the United States or departing from another destination like Europe, there are several options and airlines that serve many of the major international markets.

The Cayman Islands are home to three airports, with one being located on each island: Cayman Brac, Grand Cayman, and Little Cayman.  The most popular commercial airport is the Owen Roberts International Airport located in Grand Cayman and accounting for the majority of air travel into and out of the islands.

Grand Cayman

The most popular of the airports on the island is the Owen Roberts International Airport, that flies into and out of Georgetown, Grand Cayman.  The airport is one of the largest in the Caribbean due to the popularity of the Cayman Islands as a tourist attraction as well as the business and financial sector travelers who travel in and out of Georgetown.

Airlines & Destinations

There are several airlines that fly into the Cayman Islands and many non-stop or direct flights into Georgetown:

Little Cayman

Flights into and out of Little Cayman are served by the Edward Bodden Airfield.  The airport itself acts as a leg that only flies into and out of the Cayman Islands and only serves the other two islands, Grand Cayman and Cayman Brac.

Little Cayman is served by two airlines: Island Air which serves Grand Cayman, and Cayman Airways Express which serves Grand Cayman & Cayman Brac.

Cayman Brac

The island of Cayman Brac is served by only one airline, Cayman Airways.  It offers flights to the other two islands: Grand Cayman and Little Cayman, as well as serving flights into and out of Miami, Florida.
